At Chatham, sustainability isn't just about 伊甸堂校园. From purchasing 90% of our total electricity usage from a Green-E Certified mix of renewable energy that is primarily wind power to eliminating the sale of plastic water bottles, our commitment to sustainability is visible throughout our operations.

的 绿色基金 supports the Chatham University community by providing financial support to any student(s) interested in implementing a sustainability-focused project on campus. 的 可持续发展办公室 oversees guiding 学生 through their 绿色基金 submissions from the application phase, 计划阶段, 最后是执行阶段. In 2015, 的 Roundup for 绿色基金 program was instituted at Café Rachel and in Anderson 餐厅 Hall which allows 学生 to round up their totals to donate that extra change to the 绿色基金.

We offer by-the-semester or by-the year bike rentals. 自行车工作 offers shop hours and hands on workshops for riders that focus on different aspects of bicycling.
